How approvals work
This view is read-only for regular staff. Admins and managers see approval buttons.
- Confirm details & lore look okay.
- Make sure stock/paint info is correct.
- Approve to mark the ghost as ready for sale.
Ghost lookup
Search by name, collection or keyword to quickly find ghost details.
Tips
- Use part of the name if you’re not sure of spelling.
- Try collection names like Cutie Patooties or Baggleys.
- Search by theme keywords like plague, Valentine or Christmas.
Staff
Add team members who can access this hub. Access is controlled via their email and Cloudflare Access.
Current staff
Edit names, roles and enable/disable access. Changes apply the next time they log in.
Add ghost
Create a new ghost entry, including short lore, paints and technique. Sizes & prices are line-based.
